1. Order Processing Time Frame

• The standard delivery timeline is 5 to 6 months from the date the order is placed and confirmed.

• Timelines may vary depending on production schedules, shipping conditions, customs clearance, and external factors beyond Everest Direct’s control.

2. Payment Policy

• 50% Advance Deposit: Required at the time of order confirmation to initiate production.

• 25% Balance Payment: Must be paid before the shipment reaches the islands.

• The remaining balance, if any, must be cleared prior to final delivery.

• Orders will not be shipped or released without compliance with the agreed payment schedule.

3. Insurance Policy

• Shipping insurance will be arranged and added by Everest Direct.

• Insurance charges will be clearly itemized and included in the official invoice issued to the client.

4. Return & Damage Policy

• Clients must inspect all materials immediately upon delivery.

• Any claims related to damage, defects, or shortages must be reported within one (1) week of delivery.

• Claims submitted after one week will not be accepted.

• Supporting photos, videos, and documentation may be required for claim verification.

5. Consultation & Refund Policy

• Once the 50% advance deposit (consultation and order confirmation amount) is paid, no refunds will be issued.

• This amount covers consultation, design coordination, sourcing, production initiation, and administrative costs.

6. Add-On / Additional Order Policy

• Any additional or modified items requested after the original order confirmation will be treated as a new order.

• A fresh invoice will be prepared for all add-on items.

• Add-on orders are subject to separate pricing, timelines, and payment terms.

7. Discount & Confidentiality Policy

• Any discounts offered by Everest Direct (ED) are strictly confidential.

• Discount terms are private and must not be disclosed, shared, or compared with third parties.

• Everest Direct reserves the right to modify or withdraw discounts at its discretion.

8. General Terms

• Everest Direct reserves the right to amend these policies without prior notice.

• By confirming an order and making payment, the client agrees to all policies stated above
